Electrical repairs in the Chablais and Haute-Savoie

Electrical repairs in the Chablais and Haute-Savoie

No power, a breaker that keeps tripping, a burning smell at the board? We diagnose and repair on site, with common parts on board.

An honest diagnosis before any repair

Every fault has a cause: a faulty appliance, an overheating socket, a worn RCD, a cable damaged by damp or rodents. We take the time to locate it precisely before repairing, so the problem does not come back the following week. The call-out and diagnosis fee is stated before we leave.

We also handle everyday small jobs: replacing a socket, a switch, a light fitting, a breaker, or adding a line for a new appliance.

Frequently asked questions about repairs

What should I do when the breaker keeps tripping?

Switch off all circuits at the board, reset the main breaker, then switch circuits back on one by one. The one that trips the protection is at fault: unplug the appliances on it. If the fault persists, do not force it, call us.

How much does a repair cost?

The call-out and diagnosis are charged at a fixed rate stated over the phone. The repair is priced on site before it is carried out. Nothing is started without your approval.

Do you work at weekends?

Our usual hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm. In a dangerous situation, contact us anyway: we do our best to make you safe.

Could the outage come from the grid rather than my home?

Yes. If the main breaker is on and the whole neighbourhood is dark, it is an Enedis outage. When in doubt we check with you by phone before travelling.
